Hi, I'm Michael. I started Simply CHS because I've experienced how overwhelming moving and downsizing can be. I've completed a cross-country move (with 2 kids under the age of 3!) and sold a fully furnished investment property.I found myself standing in a house full of belongings wondering where to even begin. I sent perfectly good items to the donation pile or trash simply because I didn't have the time, energy, or resources to find them a new home.We are here to turn some of life's biggest transitions from stressful to simple.
